If you have an automatic ice maker in your refrigerator now is a good time to clean out your ice bucket before the party starts. Dump out the old ice in the garden and wash out the bucket. This will also be a good test to make sure the ice maker will keep up with the new guests. An empty bucket will take 2-3 days to fill up if no one uses any. If you are expecting guest, start saving the ice. The Monday before Christmas dump your ice into a clean garbage bag. If you do this on Monday and Wednesday you will have two full buckets of ice in bags and enough time for the new ice to build up in the bucket. If it takes more than 3 days to fill up, give us a call.
